VPBRS-04 20mm vial rubber stopper for 10ml is a butyl rubber stopper used to close an injection vial before the aluminum cap is crimped over it. Butyl is the standard elastomer for pharmaceutical closures because it has low extractables and reseals reliably after needle puncture.
Made from polyisobutylene. The two grades you are most likely to need are bromobutyl for general injectables and chlorobutyl for lyophilized products. Both are supplied ready for sterilization.
Used on peptide, HGH and anabolic steroid brands, and on any vial that will be punctured multiple times.
