What We Print
Everything on this site is made to order against your artwork, your dimensions and your material specification. The range breaks down into six product families:
Custom Vial Labels
Our core product. We print 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml and 20 ml vial labels on coated paper, PVC vinyl, polypropylene and metallic foil substrates, in sheet or roll format. Options include holographic and laser effects, gold and silver foil stamping, chrome finishes, scratch-off anti-counterfeit panels, QR and variable data printing, and multi-information peel-back constructions for products that need more label real estate than the vial circumference allows.
Vial Storage Boxes & Folding Cartons
Folding cartons built around your vial — 2 ml, 3 ml, 10 ml and 20 ml formats, with or without inserts. We print on 250–350 gsm white card and white cardboard, with matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, spot UV, embossing, braille, random variable codes and scratch-off ink for authentication.
Hologram Security Stickers
Tamper-evident and tamper-proof hologram seals for vial caps and carton closures. We produce 2D and 3D holograms, serial-numbered certificates, warranty seals and disposable-use closures. These are the pieces that let a buyer verify a product is genuine before they use it.

Aluminum Foil Bags
Moisture-barrier and light-barrier foil bags for tablets, capsules and oral products. Food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade films, vacuum and zipper closures, matte or glossy finishes, and full-surface custom printing.
Insert Paper & Leaflets
Patient information leaflets, instructions for use and multi-panel inserts, printed on pharma-grade paper and folded to your required format. Available alongside your carton so the leaflet and the box arrive as one matched set.
Vials, Caps and Stoppers
Glass vials in 2 ml to 20 ml formats, flip-off aluminum caps in 13 mm and 20 mm, butyl rubber stoppers, and manual crimpers for small-batch filling.
Who We Work With
Most of our customers fall into one of four groups, and each has a different set of problems worth solving before a single label is printed:
- Peptide and research-peptide brands who need their 2 ml and 3 ml vials to look credible next to established competitors, and who need anti-counterfeit features because their products get copied.
- HGH and performance-product labels where the label has to carry a brand name, dosage, batch number, expiry date and sometimes a multi-language panel — all on a vial small enough to disappear in your hand.
- Pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies who need cartons, leaflets, labels and seals produced as one consistent, matched set rather than sourced from four different vendors.
- Compounding pharmacies and small-batch fillers who order in the hundreds, not the hundreds of thousands, and who need a supplier willing to run a short job without a punishing minimum.
If your product is sold into a regulated market, tell us the market when you enquire. It changes the material specification, the ink, and sometimes the artwork itself.
Materials and Finishing
The single most common reason a vial label fails is not design — it is a material choice that never matched how the vial would be stored and handled. A label that looks sharp on screen can wrinkle in cold storage, peel at the edges under repeated handling, or fade under solvent contact.
We stock and print on:
- Coated paper — the economical default for dry, room-temperature storage
- PVC vinyl and polypropylene — waterproof and chemical-resistant, for vials that see moisture, alcohol or repeated handling
- Metallic and holographic film — for premium positioning and built-in tamper evidence
- Destructible and tamper-evident stock — the label breaks apart if someone tries to peel it off and reapply it
Finishing options include gloss or matte lamination, oil varnishing, spot UV, cold and hot foil, embossing, scratch-off ink, braille and sequential numbering. If you are unsure which combination survives your storage conditions, send us the conditions and we will specify it for you.
How Ordering Works
- Send your artwork or your idea. A print-ready file is ideal, but a sketch, a reference photo or a competitor sample works too. If you only have a design concept, we can build the print file.
- Free artwork review. Before anything goes to press we check bleed, resolution, colour mode, dieline accuracy and material compatibility — and we tell you what will not work. This review costs nothing and requires no deposit.
- Quote and proof. You receive a quotation covering material, finishing, quantity and freight, plus a digital proof showing exactly what will be printed.
- Production. Once the proof is approved we print, finish and cut on our own equipment.
- Shipment. We ship worldwide, by air or by sea, depending on your deadline and volume.
Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces on most label and sticker products, and higher on folding cartons depending on the structure. If your requirement sits below that, tell us anyway — sample and trial runs are possible.
Why Brands Stay With Us
- One supplier for the whole pack. Label, carton, leaflet, hologram and seal from a single production run means consistent colour and matched dimensions, instead of four vendors who each blame the others.
- Free file review before you pay. We catch the problems that cause reprints — before the job is quoted, not after it is delivered.
- Low minimums, honest lead times. We quote the real production window rather than the one that wins the order.
- Anti-counterfeit capability built in. Holograms, scratch-off panels, destructible stock and serial numbering are standard options here, not special requests.
- Direct communication. You talk to the people producing your job, not a reseller relaying messages.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pieces on most labels, stickers and hologram products. Folding cartons typically start higher because of die setup. Contact us if you need a smaller trial run.
Can you design the label for me?
We can. Send your brand name, dosage text, batch and expiry fields, and any reference you like. If you already have a logo we will build the layout around it. Artwork review is free either way.
How long does production take?
Most label and sticker jobs ship within 7–12 working days after proof approval. Cartons and multi-item orders take longer. Rush production is available on request — ask when you quote.
Do you print waterproof labels?
Yes. PVC vinyl, polypropylene and laminated constructions are all waterproof and resistant to alcohol and common cleaning agents. Tell us what the label will be exposed to and we will specify the right combination.
What file format should I send?
Vector PDF or AI with fonts outlined is ideal. High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi works for raster artwork. We will tell you if the file needs adjusting before production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide, by air or sea. Freight is quoted with your order so there are no surprise charges at the end.
Can you add anti-counterfeit features?
Yes — holographic film, 3D hologram stickers, scratch-off panels, destructible stock, random variable codes and sequential serial numbering are all available.
