The 10ml vivial aluminum cap is an aluminum cap used to seal vials (injection vials), usually used in conjunction with rubber stoppers to ensure the sterility and sealing of the medicine. It is widely applied in the fields of medicine, biological preparations, vaccines, etc.
2. Material
Aluminum materials: Generally, high-quality aluminum alloys (such as 8011, 8079) are used, which have good ductility, corrosion resistance and sealing performance.
Surface treatment: Some aluminum caps will undergo anodizing or spraying treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
Customized:Corporate/brand logos, text, or patterns can be printed on either the top or side of the aluminum seal.

3. Structural Features

Plain Aluminium Seal: No opening and needs to be used in conjunction with a puncture device.
